It's time to store & clean your fur! We strongly recommend cleaning & storing every fur, leather and cashmere! We've made it easier than ever to purchase cold storage & cleaning online with our Ship & Store option!

How it works:

1. Select how many furs you're sending to us from the options and place your order.

2. We'll send you a Ship & Store box (along with instructions & everything you need) for you to use to send your furs to us. Simply take your shipment to your nearest FedEx or call them at 1-800-463-3339 to arrange for FedEx to pick it up.

3. That's it! Just reach out to us when you're ready to have your fur storage shipped back to you using FedEx signature required delivery.

We welcome all furs, regardless of where they were purchased!

PLEASE DO NOT SEND GARMENT BAGS OR HANGERS WITH YOUR STORAGE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISPLACED/LOST GARMENT BAGS OR HANGERS.

We're also running a special in stores, if you bring a friend who either hasn't stored or hasn't stored in a few years, and you both store, you'll both receive free cleaning & conditioning! So, bring your furs and come see us! *Valid in store only.

If you don't select the correct amount of storage for your shipment, there may be additional charges applied to your account. If you need to store and clean accessories, we'll add an additional $39 for storage for each accessory, and $39 for cleaning for each accessory). Additional charges may apply.

We look over each garment we receive and examine the garment thoroughly. We'll contact customers whose garments need repairs before completing any work on your garments and provide a quote. Payment will be due before any work may be completed by our furriers. We're sorry, but we are not currently able to repair or alter leather or cashmere (we can clean leather, we send it off to be cleaned, and there is a surcharge for this service - it costs more than the standard $79 for cleaning).
