Layaway & Financing Options

At Henig Furs, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to own the fur of their dreams. We offer flexible, interest-free payment options both online and at all of our physical locations to help you spread out the cost of your purchase.

1. Instant Financing: Affirm & Sezzle

Get your fur now and pay for it over time. This is the best option if you want to receive your item immediately.

Affirm Financing: Select "Affirm" at checkout to choose a monthly payment schedule that works for you. Once approved, your order is processed and shipped right away - no waiting required! Learn more about how Affirm works.
Sezzle: We also accept Sezzle for additional buy-now-pay-later flexibility - learn more about how Sezzle works.

2. Henig Furs Layaway Plan

Our layaway plan is a free, no-credit-check way to budget for your next big purchase. Your item is shipped once the final payment is made.

How to Start a Layaway Online:

Log In: You must create and log into your account - guest checkout is not available for layaway.
Shop: Add items to your cart (minimum subtotal of $500 after discounts and before shipping and tax are applied to the order total).
Checkout: Select "Put it on LayBuy" at the payment step. You will be redirected to Paypal to setup your plan. You will be able to see your down payment amount and monthly payment plan options before completing your purchase.

Layaway is also available in stores, and at our events. Visit your nearest Henig Furs to discuss creating a layaway.

Payment Structure:

Down Payment: A 30% initial down payment is required to start a layaway.
Monthly Installments: Payments are automatically deducted via PayPal each month, Henig Furs does not save credit card information. You can manage or reschedule these payments by logging into your PayPal account.
Phone Payments: To pay more than your monthly balance or pay by phone, call our office at 334-277-7610.

Delivery & Timeline:

Shipping: Your fur will be shipped 5-7 business days after your final payment is received.
Important: For custom-made or special order styles, or for items being sourced from another one of our stores, production and/or sourcing only begins after the final payment is made
Final Step: Once you make your last payment, please call us, at 334-277-7610, to verify your shipping address and complete the process.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Full Refund (less 10% restocking fees): Available only within 5 days of your initial down payment.
In-Store Credit: After 5 days, all payments are non-refundable and will be issued as in-store credit if the layaway is cancelled or returned. Returned layaway purchases are not eligible for refund after 5 days of initial down payment, only store credit or exchange.
Default: If more than one payment is missed without prior arrangement, the item is returned to stock. Paid funds will be issued as store credit and must be used within 90 days.
