How It Works
- Order Online: Select your storage and cleaning package. Choose between our Standard Protection (Storage Only) or our Premium Care (Storage + Cleaning) packages.
- Ship with Ease: We'll send you a specialized shipping box or email you a pre-paid FedEx label. Simply drop if off at FedEx or call 1-800-463-3339 for a home pickup.
- Stress-Free Return: When you're ready for your fur, just let us know. We'll verify your info and ship it back via FedEx signature-required delivery.
*Skip the trip! When you buy our Ship & Store package online, we'll send a shipping box or prepaid label directly to you so you can send us your furs. Online payment is exclusive to online orders; in-store customers will continue to pay in person at our retail locations or events.

- Cold Storage: Protects against heat, humidity and moths.
- Cleaning & Conditioning: Keeps pelts soft and lustrous.
- Full Suite of Care: We also offer repairs, restyling, appraisals, and monograms upon request (please include a note in the box for requests for services not available online, and we'll reach out with a quote once your fur arrives).
Note: Please do not include hangers or garment bags with your shipment - we are not responsible for misplaced garment bags or hangers. For vintage or specialty furs without a Henig Furs label, additional hand-cleaning fees may apply. Please contact us with questions by chatting or calling 334-277-7610.
