How It Works

  1. Order Online: Select your storage and cleaning package. Choose between our Standard Protection (Storage Only) or our Premium Care (Storage + Cleaning) packages.
  2. Ship with Ease: We'll send you a specialized shipping box or email you a pre-paid FedEx label. Simply drop if off at FedEx or call 1-800-463-3339 for a home pickup.
  3. Stress-Free Return: When you're ready for your fur, just let us know. We'll verify your info and ship it back via FedEx signature-required delivery.

  • Cold Storage: Protects against heat, humidity and moths.
  • Cleaning & Conditioning: Keeps pelts soft and lustrous.
  • Full Suite of Care: We also offer repairs, restyling, appraisals, and monograms upon request (please include a note in the box for requests for services not available online, and we'll reach out with a quote once your fur arrives). 

Note: Please do not include hangers or garment bags with your shipment - we are not responsible for misplaced garment bags or hangers.
