1. Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship your luxury outerwear and accessories orders with the highest level of care and security. 

  • Carrier & Security: All orders are shipped via FedEx. For security purposes, an adult signature authorization is strictly required at the time of delivery for all purchases over $500.
  • Shipping Schedule: Items are shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST with expedited shipping will be processed the following business day. 
  • Geographic Restrictions: We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. Please note that we are unable to ship new fur orders to California.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If you do not receive it, please contact our shipping department at 334-277-7610.

  • We do not refund shipping charges. Once an order has shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Delayed Shipments: Delayed shipments do not qualify for refunded shipping charges. Once a shipment leaves our office, it is in the hands of the shipping company. If you need an order quickly, we recommend purchasing expedited shipping at checkout. Custom-made styles may take longer to process - once your order is ready, if you purchased expedited shipping - we'll expedite the shipment of your order to you.
  • Failed Deliveries: If there is a failed delivery, and the shipment is returned to us, there will be an added shipping charge for future delivery attempts. Please contact us with questions regarding shipping/delivery.
  • Cancelled Orders: Orders may only be cancelled before they have shipped. Once a shipment has left our office, we are unable to edit shipping details, or cancel orders. 

2. Return & Exchange Policy

At Henig Furs, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, we offer a window for returns and exchanges: 

  • Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of receipt. You must get the package back to FedEx within the 5 day window to be eligible for return/refund. 
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in brand-new condition, with all original tags - including the unique Serial Number Tag - attached. Removal of the serial number tag voids eligibility for return. 

  • Fees: A $19.99 return shipping fee is deducted from refunds or store credits if you use our provided FedEx return shipping label. A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns & cancelled orders. 

  • Final Sale (Non-Returnable): Custom-made furs, altered, or monogrammed garments, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (some custom-made styles may be eligible for store credit or exchange). 
  • Process: Online purchases cannot be returned to physical store locations and must be shipped back using the original return form. In-store purchases can only be returned to the store they were originally purchased from.

  • Information Collection: We collect essential details, such as name, contact information and demographic data to improve your shopping experience and provide order updates. 
  • Security: We have implemented physical and electronic procedures to safeguard your data. We will never sell or lease your personal information to third parties without your permission or legal requirement. 
  • Cookies: Our site uses cookies to remember your preferences and analyze web traffic. You may choose to decline cookies via your browser settings.
