1. Luxury Sales Specialist | High-Ticket Closer

Location: Corporate Office / Showroom - Montgomery, AL (In-Person Only)
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are seeking a results-driven Luxury Sales Specialist to join our team. We aren't just looking for someone to greet customers and handle cash register transactions—we are looking for a top-tier closer who thrives on building rapport, turning casual browsers into loyal clients, and mastering the art of persuasive luxury selling. If you possess unmatched charisma, the potential for deep product mastery, and the skill to sell luxury outerwear to anyone, we want you on our sales floor!

Key Responsibilities: 

• Active & Persuasive Selling: Proactively engage clientele, uncover hidden needs, handle objections effortlessly, and close high-ticket sales.

• Clientele & Relationship Building: Provide an elevated customer experience by greeting clients & answering inquiries. Build and maintain an exclusive personal client list, driving repeat business through personalized assistance, outreach and follow-ups.

• Consultative Luxury Expertise: Demonstrate deep product knowledge to effectively communicate the unique features, benefits, and care requirements of fur, leather, and other fine natural materials to effortlessly articulate value and craft irresistible sales pitches.

• Revenue Generation: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets while driving key store performance metrics. Process sales and service requests accurately and effectively using the POS (point of sale) system. 

• Showroom Presentation: Maintain an impeccable, luxury-standard, organized, and high-end floor appearance that complements a premium buying experience.

Position Requirements

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of top-tier sales performance, preferably in luxury retail, high-ticket items, or commission-based environments.

• Tech-Savvy: Must be able to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

2. Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant

Location: Corporate Office / Montgomery, AL (In-Person Only)
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Henig Furs is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant to join our corporate team in Montgomery, AL. For five generations, Henig Furs has set the standard for luxury furs, leather, and outerwear across the United States. In this role, you will assist in bringing our established brand to life visually and help expand our reach to new potential customers by supporting digital and print marketing initiatives across our e-commerce site, social media channels, email campaigns, and retail locations.

Key Responsibilities: 

Graphic Design & Creative Content

• Brand Assets: Create eye-catching promotional graphics, social media content, website banners, digital ads, and print marketing materials (flyers, mailers, signage).

• Photo & Visual Editing: Touch up, color-correct, resize, and optimize high-resolution product photography for web, social media, and catalog use.

• Email Marketing Layouts: Design visually striking, conversion-driven email templates and graphics for sales events, promotions, and new arrivals.

Photoshoot & Media Support

• Photoshoot Coordination & Styling: Assist with product photoshoots, including prepping looks/garments, assisting with lighting/staging, organizing lookbooks, and ensuring products are presented flawlessly.

• Content Capture: Capture behind-the-scenes footage, short-form video clips, and candid photography during shoots for use on social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook).

Marketing Support & Execution

• Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling, publishing, and monitoring visual content across Instagram, Facebook, and other brand platforms.

• E-Commerce & Website Support: Coordinate with the Marketing Director to update website visuals, promotional banners, and product imagery on Shopify.

• Campaign Execution: Assist in creating marketing campaigns. Support the setup and rollout of seasonal sales, retail store event promotions, and promotional campaigns across all regional stores.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets maintain Henig Furs’ high standards of luxury, elegance, and brand identity.

Position Requirements

• Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing strong graphic design work, layout design, and brand aesthetics.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools like Canva.

• Marketing & Creative Experience: Understanding of social media trends, basic email marketing principles, e-commerce visual strategy, and comfortable working behind the camera or on set.

• Detail & Aesthetics: Keen eye for typography, luxury branding, color theory, lighting, and visual hierarchy.

• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple visual projects, meet deadlines (exceptional time management), and collaborate effectively with marketing director/executives. 

• Plus: Experience with Shopify, email marketing platforms (e.g., Omnisend), photography/videography skills, or basic video editing (Reels/TikTok) is a strong advantage.

3. Alterations Finisher

Location: Corporate Office - Montgomery, Alabama (In-Person Only)
Position Type: Full-Time/Experienced Artisan

We are looking for a highly skilled Alterations Finisher to handle the crucial final assembly and restoration phase of our luxury outerwear. While our furriers handle structural pelt cutting, the Finisher focuses on the intricate interior work, trims, and final closures. You will ensure that altered, shortened, remodeled, or monogrammed fur garments are seamlessly put back together with flawless craftsmanship. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lining Attachment: Hand-sew or machine stitch interior fabric linings back into fur garments after structural alterations or monograms are completed. 
  
• Precision Edge Work: Beautifully finish the bottom hems of furs and sleeve cuffs, ensuring no raw edges, internal padding, or structural stitches are visible. 
• Hardware & Closures:  Repair, replace, or precisely relocate specialized fur hooks, loops, rings, buttons, and hidden pockets. 
• Hand-Stitching & Detailing: Hand-stitch borders, facing, and hidden elements so that the lining "floats" perfectly inside the fur without pulling, bunching or distorting the garment's shape. 
• Restoration: Replace worn-out linings, repair interior fabric tears, and assist in general garment restyling and transformations.

Position Requirements

• Advanced sewing mastery, including extensive experience with hand-stitching (specifically blind stitching) and operating industrial sewing machines. 
• Specialized knowledge of working with heavy fur garments alongside fragile linings without catching the fur hairs in the stitches. 
• Superb problem-solving skills to figure out clean, premium finishes on complex alterations (for example, converting a full length coat into a vest or complete remodel). 
• Immense patience, steady hands, and the physical stamina to work with heavy outerwear.
  
• Ability to work independently and maintain high precision in a fast-paced production environment
