How It Works
- Purchase Online: Simply select your storage and cleaning services on our website. (For a limited time, get a FREE GIFT when you store & clean your fur! *While supplies last)
- Choose Your Shipping Method: During checkout, let us know if you'd like us to email you a shipping label or mail a physical box (along with everything you'll need) directly to your door.

Package Your Fur: Place your garments in the box.
Important: Please include a note inside the package listing any additional services you might need (such as repairs, appraisals, monograms, or alterations). - Send It Off: Take your package to your nearest FedEx location, or call 1-800-463-3339 to schedule a convenient FedEx pickup at your home.
What Happens Next?
Once your fur arrives at our facility, our experts will inspect it. If you requested additional services (or if we notice your fur needs repairs after it's inspected), we'll reach out to you directly with a personalized quote before any work begins.
Your fur will then be professionally cleaned & conditioned (if you purchased cleaning & conditioning, or if your fur needs repairs) and then placed into our temperature and humidity-controlled cold storage facilities for the season.
