Cold Storage
Cold storage is essential to protect your fur from heat, humidity, moths & sunlight, during the warmer months. Bring your garments to your nearest store, or take advantage of our popular Ship & Store option online. We welcome all furs regardless of where they were purchased.
Cleaning & Conditioning
Even if you haven't worn your fur, it needs to be professionally cleaned & conditioned to protect the natural oils in your fur & to keep them from drying out. If the oils are allowed to dry out, they can not be replenished. Once the oils are gone, the fur may feel dry & begin to rip, eventually falling apart, and at this point, can not be adequately repaired. We offer professional cleaning & conditioning at all of our locations, along with our Ship & Store option online. We welcome all furs regardless of where they were purchased.
Repairs
We recommend repairing any rips or tears, as soon as possible. We offer repairs at all of our locations. And, if you choose to take advantage of our Ship & Store option online, you may include a note in the box regarding any necessary repairs, and we'll contact you with a quote, before beginning any work on your fur.
ReStyles
ReStyles are one of the best things about owning a fur! Allow our expert furriers to transform your fur into something new. Any of our locations can assist you with a ReStyle. We welcome all furs, no matter where they were purchased! Click here to learn more about Restyle & our other services.
Monogramming
Monogramming is a great way to personalize your fur, and it's beneficial for insurance purposes. We can do full name, or initials, or a combination of the two. And, we can monogram almost any thread color. Not all styles can be monogrammed, please visit our monogram page for more information. If you have any questions, please chat with us, call 334-277-7610, or visit your nearest store. If you use our Ship & Store method, please include a note in the box regarding what you'd like monogrammed inside your fur, and we'll contact you once your fur arrives if we have any questions. We welcome all furs regardless of where they were purchased.
Appraisals
We offer appraisals at all of our locations, no matter where you purchased the fur. We can also do an appraisal for you, if you use our Ship & Store method, please include a note in the box, stating that you'd like your fur appraised, and we'll send the appraisal to you, when you retrieve your fur from cold storage.
Trade-Ins
We accept trade-ins! Visit your nearest store for more information. Or, you may visit one of our events to discuss trade-ins. We welcome all furs regardless of where they were purchased!
