Sales Associate

Henig Furs is hiring a sales associate for our Hoover store, located at the Center at Riverchase Shopping Ctr. Please come by our Hoover office, at 1694 Montgomery Hwy, Suite 100, to fill out an application or email résumé to hoover@henigfurs.com & carla@henigfurs.com. 

  • Provide exceptional customer service & assist customers
  • Maintain a clean & organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
  • Demonstrate product knowledge & effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives
  • Must have strong organizational skills & excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to effectively manage time & prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in sales or retail is a plus
  • This is an in person position, applicants must be able to work at our Hoover store

This role will focus on building our online presence, promoting seasonal events, and connecting with our customers through creative storytelling and advertising.

2️⃣ Company Operations Director

We’re also seeking a detail-oriented leader to oversee day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing inventory, keeping track of layaway accounts, and ensuring smooth in-store processes. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, dependable, and able to keep multiple moving parts on track.

    •    Strong communication and organizational skills

    •    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    •    Experience in retail or marketing is a plus, but not required
