Fur Care Made Easy - Try our convenient Ship & Store option & store & clean your fur with 3 simple steps -
1. Purchase storage online, in the spring, with our Ship & Store option.
2. We'll email you a shipping label, or send you a box (along with everything you'll need) for you to send your furs to us for storage. You may even request that FedEx come pick up your storage by calling FedEx customer service at 1-800-463-3339. We'll examine your furs upon receipt, and place your garments in our cold storage vaults until you contact us to request they be shipped back to you.
3. Contact us by chatting, or calling 334-277-7610, when you're ready to have your furs shipped back to you, using FedEx signature required delivery. You may also request that your fur storage be shipped to a local FedEx office for pickup.

When do I need to store my fur?
We recommend storing your fur every spring/summer, and cleaning your fur at least every other year. Most people store their fur around Easter and get it out of storage around Halloween, but you're welcome to store your fur whenever you'd like. We welcome all furs regardless of where they were purchased.
Why do I need to store my fur?
Your furs are vulnerable to moths, heat and humidity, which can damage furs. Furs lose their natural oils if they are not stored and cleaned & conditioned regularly. And, once the natural oils are gone, they can be be replaced. The fur will begin to dry out and eventually fall apart once the oils are gone. If furs are stored & cleaned regularly, they can last a lifetime!
When they are not in cold storage, we recommend hanging your furs loosely in a cold, dark closet. Let the furs breathe, don't put them in a garment bag or plastic bag unless you're travelling, and then only for a short amount of time. During the spring & summer months, store your furs with us to be sure that they're protected from heat, humidity, moths, theft, and damage, in our climate & light controlled vaults.
I haven't worn my fur, does it still need to be cleaned & conditioned?
Yes! Even if you have not worn your fur, it needs to be regularly cleaned & conditioned to protect the natural oils in your fur. If the oils are allowed to dry out, your fur will begin to feel dry, and start to rip, eventually falling apart. Once the oils are gone, they can not be restored, and the fur can not be adequately repaired.
Our cleaning & conditioning process is a dry cleaning process, employing five generations of expert fur care knowledge. Our cleaning & conditioning process removes dirt and impurities from your garment, and helps preserve the natural oils in your fur, ensuring your fur remains supple & and maintains its luster. Cleaning & conditioning is vital to keep your fur luxurious.
