We offer cold storage and cleaning & conditioning for all furs, no matter where they were purchased! 

We highly recommend all furs be stored & cleaned regularly to protect your furs from heat, humidity, moths & sunlight.

1. Purchase storage & cleaning online. (Receive a free gift with purchase of storage & cleaning!*)
2. We'll send you a box (along with everything you'll need), or email you a shipping label to send your fur to us for storage & cleaning. You may even request that FedEx come pick it up by calling 1-800-463-3339.
3. That's it! Just reach out when you're ready to have your garments sent back to you, and we'll verify your information & ship it back using FedEx signature required delivery. 

*One gift per customer, must store & clean to receive a free gift. We'll place your gift with your storage in our vaults. Styles vary. No cash value, no exchanges, no rain checks. While supplies last!

**Please do not include any garment bags or hangers with your storage shipment, we are not responsible for misplaced garment bags or hangers.**

We offer a variety of services, including cold storage, cleaning & conditioning, repairs, restyles, trade-ins, monogramming, appraisals, and more. If you need any repairs, monogramming, or appraisals, please include a note in the box, and we'll contact you with a quote once your fur arrives.

*Cleaning & Conditioning starts at $79. Some types of furs, like older furs, or furs without a Henig Furs label, need special cleaning processes, and may need to be hand-cleaned, which costs more.
